Koehler Fitzgerald grows with the addition of attorney Shawn McGraw

Koehler Fitzgerald is pleased to announce that Shawn McGraw has joined the firm as a partner. Prior to joining the firm, Shawn spent nearly two decades as Assistant General Counsel and Vice-President & General Counsel for a group of Cleveland-based international manufacturing and construction-related service companies with combined revenues approaching one billion dollars. Drawing on his in-house counsel experiences, Shawn will be leading the firm's Outside General Counsel practice group, which focuses on proactively evaluating and managing legal and compliance risks so that our clients can ensure legal and regulatory compliance, maximize their business opportunities and minimize expensive disputes and regulatory enforcement matters. In addition to his General Counsel experience, Shawn previously worked as a law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Jack B. Streepy in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and in private practice for a large law firm located in Northeast Ohio. Shawn graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio, where he graduated cum laude.
