Koehler Fitzgerald lawyer Robert Barr appointed as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio

Koehler Fitzgerald LLC is pleased to report that Attorney Robert D. Barr has been appointed as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Ohio in Cleveland. Pursuant to the appointment, which commences on November 1, 2017, Mr. Barr will be appointed as Chapter 7 Trustee in business and consumer cases, act as the presiding officer at Section 341 Meetings of Creditors, and pursue litigation to recover assets for the benefit of the debtors' creditors.
