Koehler Fitzgerald grows with the addition of attorney Robert Barr

We are pleased to announce that Robert Barr has joined the firm as a partner. Rob has over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and real estate, with an emphasis on representing bankruptcy trustees. Rob's specific areas of expertise include identifying and resolving defective security instruments and mortgages, prosecuting civil fraud actions, resolving debtor/creditor disputes, including medical billing disputes, defending and prosecuting preference claims in insolvency proceedings, and business restructuring and bankruptcy. He also serves as counsel for creditors, creditor committees, and corporate and consumer debtors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
