Kevin Keogh brings more than thirty years of experience to the firm’s clients in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and estates and trusts.
With his experience in a broad range of business matters, Kevin counsels private equity, venture capital investors, partnership entities and middle market companies, their shareholders, directors and officers in corporate and transactional matters including acquisitions, capital formation, executive contracts, succession planning, and estate planning.
Kevin provides strategic business counseling and day-to-day guidance to businesses in various industry sectors, including securities, financial advisors, manufacturing companies, retailers, software development companies and companies in the oil and gas industry.
Among Kevin’s many accomplishments are the creation of a series of mutual funds for a registered investment advisor, the negotiation of a $50 million credit facility on behalf of a national construction company, the merger of a privately-held technology company into a publicly-held technology company, serving as counsel to a real estate development company in a major redevelopment project in post-Katrina New Orleans — including financing matters, drafting and negotiating licensing, professional services and management contracts, representation of a national fast food chain for local site development, and the sale of a registered investment advisor to a $3 billion national investment advisory firm.
