Michele Yeh has nearly 20 years of experience in private practice, addressing the corporate and transactional legal needs of both emerging and long-term business enterprises. She assists in company acquisitions and sales as well as more routine commercial transactions. She addresses the legal needs of closely-held business owners in business succession planning in a way compatible with their personal estate plan goals, and assists individuals in estate planning, probate and trust administration matters, including preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney.
Michele has successfully handled a vast array of business, corporate and real estate transactions including loan originations, mergers and acquisitions, plant relocations, UCC contract review and IRC § 1031 exchanges.
