Sara Spaeth joined the firm as of-counsel in 2019. Sara focuses her practice on commercial litigation, creditor's rights, contract negotiation and real estate.
Sara completed a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Beth A. Myers in the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas in Cincinnati, Ohio. Immediately following her clerkship, Sara practiced as an Associate Attorney at an Ohio-based law firm specializing in the area of creditor's rights.
Upon relocating to California, Sara was employed as part of the Contacts Unit for the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, a government entity that serves as a pass-through agency for a significant amount of local, state and federal funding designated to agencies throughout the Los Angeles area that serve the homeless population.
As of-counsel at Koehler Fitzgerald, Sara supports the Out-of-Network Defense practice, handling all aspects of defense of balance bills from the complaint stage to appeals in California.
