Jeff Clark joined the firm as of-counsel in 2019. Jeff focuses his practice on creditors’ rights in state, federal and bankruptcy court actions. In representing creditors, Jeff has litigated in excess of 5,000 files on behalf of creditors. His extensive experience includes, in addition to litigation, restructuring loan agreements, levying on debtor’s assets before and after judgment, due diligence, and analysis of commercial transactions.
Jeff founded a twenty-three lawyer creditors’ rights and insurance defense firm in Los Angeles, where he also headed and managed the financial institutions and creditors’ rights division of that firm. He later went on to form another law firm that specialized in the representation of commercial and consumer creditors.
As of-counsel at Koehler Fitzgerald, Jeff is supporting the Out-of-Network Defense practice, handling all aspects of defense of balance bills from the complaint stage to judgment in California.
